Intimate Palos Verdes Wedding | Steven + Julie

This wedding blog may be late but this sweet and intimate day still holds a special place in my heart.

On a beautiful cliff in Palos Verdes, CA in September 2020, Steven and Julie locked in their love for one another for the rest of their lives. This sweet couple had just their parents and siblings in attendance but still wanted to include their friends in family on their big day so they did what most couples have been doing during this time and live streamed the ceremony.

Following their I do’s, we ventured down the coast a few minutes to Rat Beach so we could take their formal portraits and I could not get enough of how much fun those 90 minutes were. The beach may have been crowded but we managed to work around all the people to capture some gorgeous photos during sunset.

After all the running around on the sand, we met back up with the family for a private dinner at the very yummy Cherrystones Restaurant in Gardena, which I highly recommend if you live in the area! There, the now husband and wife got to unwind, indulge in a delicious meal, cut their cake and share a sweet toast to thank their family for their support and help in making this day possible.

I enjoyed every second of this day and cannot thank these two enough for hiring me on to be their photographer. It’s special couples like this that make me love my job even more than I already do!
